Greetings from Joyce and Bill Carnall at Pallas Hill Alpaca Farm!
Bill and I have retired to Central Pennsylvania where we purchased 5 acres in Snyder County and built a modest home in August of 2007. I have always wanted Alpacas and this property seemed the perfect place to start. We purchased our first two alpacas from Patchwork Farm near our property. Jane and Stan Korbar became instant friends and I will always be indebted to them for helping us get our start. Our male Zack is a fine animal (grandson of SA Silverado) and is available for stud services. He is 6 years old and the father of several offspring. We also purchased a female from Alpaca Farms in West Grove, Pa. Bud and Hope Griffith also became instant friends.
Then came Rancho Chico's Onyx from Ranco Chico's farm in West Virginia.
We then made a visit to Alpaca's of Maryland. Barry and Mary Clark have also become very dear friends. There we purchased, Danielle who was pregnant. She gave birth on our farm to a 3/4 accoyo male. What a magnificent little guy he is. We also bought a female named Capris and a young male named Peaceful Peruvian Cobalt who is the son of Peruvian Lancaster. What a chip off the old block!
Our main barn is being constructed this spring and the pature prepared and fenced. We are looking forward to this next phase of our lives and we invite you to come visit and watch us grow.
Bill and I are extremely grateful to all who have guided us along the way.
Feel free to call us if you have any questions or would like to stop by and visit.
